Madison King helps recruiters to employ the candidate that’s right for them, not just on paper but in the real world.

For a small additional fee we can include psychometric testing, covering areas important to you. This can include knowledge, abilities, attitudes, and personality. We can also arrange language testing, or testing of specific skills.

Our psychometric testing can be expanded to include candidates sourced independently from Madison King (for example internal recruits), providing you with a consistent view of which candidates perform the best and which should be interviewed.
