Madison King believe that the standard of candidates we put forward reflects on our business. It’s why we never put forward candidates that haven’t been screened by us personally.
Our approach to recruitment is rigorous. After you’ve briefed us we’ll begin a search for the best candidates on the market. Our search encompasses a whole host of resources, including our large database, referrals, networking and head-hunting.
Suitable candidates are pre-screened by one of our Senior team members, using our standard screening process, (which can also be customised to suit your individual needs).
In addition to the candidate CV, recruiters will receive a candidate summary which details the pre-screening responses as well as the interviewers overall opinion of the candidate.
