Overview: My Client is currently looking for a Senior Engineer within their bio-energy team, due to recent growth they are looking to expand within the bio-energy markets. This is a unique opportunity for the right individual who is looking for a new challenging and exciting career within the energy markets.

Company: My client is a leading Energy Consultancy that has a vast amount of experience within the solar, wind, bio-energy, hydro and marine energy markets. Due to recent growth they are looking to expand their current activities.

Role: The role will involve but not limited to, technical and economic feasibility assessment, equipment specification, project implementation and technical advisor work. The successful candidate will be involved in all of the above areas and provide technical input to a range of projects currently underway. In addition, they will be encouraged to seek new opportunities in this expanding marketplace and continue ongoing development of the bio-energy team.

Qualifications: Engineering Degree, Experience of boiler plant design, operation and or installation gained in the power generation, process engineering or building services sector, evidence of successful project management and delivery, the ability to produce and review high quality technical reports to predefined deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a flexible and proactive approach to work.

Location: Glasgow – there will be travel throughout the UK
